DAX and the CUBEVALUE function

When building PowerPivot-based custom reports, authors can use DAX measures on Cube formulas, just as they have been able to do with traditional SSAS OLAP measures.  MDX can also be applied over Vertipaq dimension attributes in order to create custom sets that can be reused over the custom report.
