Wayne Snyder, President

 Wayne Snyder is a Managing Consultant for Mariner (www.mariner-usa.com), a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in business intelligence and collaboration solutions. Wayne is a dynamic speaker and supports PASS (www.sqlpass.org) and its goals. He is serving as the President of PASS during 2008-2009.

 Wayne is a database specialist for Microsoft SQL Server and an acknowledged leader in the field, having worked with SQL Server since its first release. He is also a SQL Server MVP, MCT, and MCDBA and has received several technical awards from Unisys for database strategies and techniques developed during his tenure at Unisys Healthcare Systems. He also earned the IKON Top Performer Award for Southeast District in 1999.

 Outside of the technical world, Wayne is the keyboard player in a 60s-80s cover band called ‘soundbarrier’ (www.soundbarrierband.com). Soundbarrier plays regional events in the Southeastern US.
